SF2020 - Bonus Round 1: Three Words

Three words can mean the world! Whether it is a sentence or disconnected terms, what will you choose to convey with limited words?
This bonus round will be open until Saturday, June 27th at 11:59pm (midnight) EDT. (Countdown)

Rules

• Submit prompts by commenting any three words of your choosing! This can be a phrase or a list of words. Example:
  • I love you
    
  • Home, keys, together
    
  • Let them go
• Fill prompts by creating fanworks inspired by all three words, or only one or two! The choice is yours.
  
• Prompts can be in any language as long as you provide an English translation!
  
• You cannot earn points by filling your teammate's prompts or your own! (That said, we won't stop you from doing so for fun!)
  
• You must use the prompt/fill headers below, and you cannot leave any line blank nor delete a line! If this is your first time participation please read over our Bonus Round Guidelines.

Format

Required Work Minimums:

• 400 words (prose)
  
• 400px by 400px (art)
  • Traditional art is also allowed with a good quality photo/scan
• 14 lines (poetry)
  
• Playlists - 5 song minimum with artists. Link to either a video playlist, or each song separately. Be sure to warn for content in the music videos, and you may find linking to lyrics helpful. You may also write an explanation of why you chose each song.
  
• Moodboards - 9 photo min, source all photos, and no fanart allowed (unless it's your own)
  
• Fake Social Media - 4 images min
  
• If you’d like to use a different medium, please contact the mods if you have any questions about minimum requirements.

There is no max work cap.

These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual member! It means, for instance: "The first 10 prompts by any team members grant 5 points each".

Furuya’s earliest memories were of ice and snow.

Of being wrapped up in layers and layers. The cozy feeling of being bundled at odds with the cold that bit at his cheeks. His tiny mitten covered hand holding on to his grandfather’s gloved hand. His footsteps leaving impressions in the snow.

And he would pretend that he was a polar bear on a solitary adventure.

As he grew older Furyua learned to appreciate the snow. It’s quietness. It’s stillness. The way that it would blanket the world.

But there were also times when Furuya wondered if he would ever be warm again.

When the cold would seep under his layers. Stealing the warmth from his chest and the breath from his lungs. When warmth and comfort became nothing but a memory.

He was expecting a different kind of storm, a different kind of cold when he moved to Tokyo. Furuya had steadied himself in order to undertake a different kind of solitary adventure.

But here he found teammates. Here he found friends. Here he found--

“BALLS WILL GO FLYING SO THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!”

Furuya found something he never thought he would find at Seido.

He contemplated the pitcher standing on the mound. And he contemplated the warmth he felt. The warmth that reminded him of being bundled in layers and layers against the cold.

A warmth that bloomed in his chest.

Furuya had grown up in the cold so he didn’t know for sure, but as he looked out across the practice field he imagined this was what it was like…

we have a song in my language about driving through fields of sunflowers. It is a very dreamy and soft song. This story reminds me of it in the best way possible :)
