Submit prompts by commenting any AU or UA idea of your choice.
AU stands for Alternate Universe. This is a broad trope that involves everything from placing the characters in wildly different settings to slightly adjusting key points.
UA stands for Universe Alteration, a subtype of AU. Its meaning is similar to canon divergence i.e settings that are mostly like canon expect a few points are changed.
You may suggest what role the characters have in said universe or let it to the filler's imagination.

Sawamura certainly hadn’t expected his first day of high school to be like this. When he arrived at this high school, leaving baseball behind because he wanted to start a fresh, away from what he’d always known. And so he entered, a knot in his stomach, half of nervousness and half of excitement as he went to his new class. The first day of school was mostly a get-to-know-each-other kind of day where they spent the time getting introduced to the school by the teacher and some time to learn each other’s names and chat with one another. Sawamura, being the loud, energetic person he always is, was quickly accepted and liked by the class, and he made a couple of good friends from the start, one of them being a quiet guy named Haruichi who he sat next to.

After the short day was over, Sawamura wasn’t quite ready to head home yet. He would get too restless at home after a while, since he was used to his afternoons being filled up with baseball practice. Sawamura decided to wonder around, visiting the different clubs. He wanted to join something somewhere, he just didn’t know what, but he knew it wasn’t going to be baseball.

As he walked down the corridor, Sawamura heard a sound from a closed door, which had pink ribbons on it but with no sign. Curiously the first-year opened the door, his eyes widening and his jaw gaping at the sight he saw.
“Hey! You must be the new guy!” A guy with brown hair whipped around when the door opened and bounced over to him. They were all wearing their light blue uniforms, but Sawamura had no idea what they were doing with the tables they were setting up. “I’m Kuramochi, welcome to the team!”
“W-what new guy?” Sawamura sputtered, not quite taking in the sight, “What is this?!”
“We’re the host club!” The guy named Kuramochi replied, dragging Sawamura inside.
“H-host club? There’s no way I’m joining that!” Sawamura huffed, wriggling in an attempt to get out of Kuramochi’s grip.
“Hoho, but you’re here, aren’t you? And besides, I bet a first year like you has nothing better to do,” Kuramochi replied, “Come on!”

Kuramochi dragged him away from the entrance as the door closed automatically behind them.
“Come meet the others! This is Miyuki,” Kuramochi introduced him to a brown-haired guy with a smirk on his face, who was sitting at a table and writing something on a piece of paper. “Then we have Kominato, his younger brother is joining too so from now on this is Ryousuke! His brother is called Haruichi.”
“Haruichi’s joining?!” Sawamura exclaimed. But now that he looked at Ryousuke, he could see the similarities of the two brothers.
“You already know him? That makes it easier,” Kuramochi replied. “Then we also have Chris.”
“He’s in my class,” Sawamura returned, before looking to where Kuramochi was pointing towards a guy who was rather tall and had a calming, mature aura around him. “So what are you doing?”
“We’re a host club. Don’t you know what a host club is?!” Kuramochi screeched, shaking his head disapprovingly.
“It’s where we entertain girls who come by,” Miyuki, who had overheard their conversation, butted in. Not that it was difficult to hear Kuramochi’s loud voice across the room, almost as loud as Sawamura’s. “Are you sure you can handle that, Sawamura?”
“Of course I can!” Sawamura exclaimed before pausing, “But how do I entertain them?”
Miyuki laughed and shook his head, “What kind of idiot did you find, Kuramochi?”
“I have no idea,” Kuramochi sighed in return before turning to Sawamura to give him an explanation, “We give them drinks and cakes and talk with them.”
“Sounds like fun!” He replied eagerly.
“Good, because our guests are here,” Kuramochi guided his hand towards the door as a flock of female students entered, using a different entrance than the one Sawamura had used.

It was obvious that the female students had their favourites, for they all moved straight passed Sawamura and before he’d noticed it, everyone was sitting around tables and chatting.
“Huh?” Sawamura didn’t know where to start. A girl, trailing in later than the others, moved up to Sawamura.
“You must be new,” she smiled eagerly, “I’m Yoshikawa, it’s nice to meet you.”
“Ah, it’s nice to meet you too! I’m Sawamura,” He replied, looking around the room and scratching the back of his neck, “Shall we go sit somewhere?”
Yoshikawa nodded, “Let’s go over there!” She pointed to a table right at the back.
Sawamura led the way towards the table, but as they were approaching it, he heard a squeal from behind. Turning around, his eyes widened as Yoshikawa stumbled, falling towards him. Sawamura automatically put his arms out to catch her.
“Are you okay?” He asked, concerned.
“I-I’m fine!” She stuttered, standing up straight, “Don’t worry about me, I’m normally quite clumsy.”

The two sat down at a table where they began conversing, talking about many different things, from middle school clubs to their favourite hobbies and where they came from. They chatted for a long time, stopping in between to take a drink of the refreshments that one of the club members gave them, or to eat some cake. They didn’t notice their surroundings, or how all the other hosts seemed to have several guests visiting after each other. It was after several hours, when the host club was closing, that Chris walked over to interrupt their conversation and kindly ask Yoshikawa to go.
“See you later, Sawamura!” The girl waved as she made her way out the room.
“Someone’s popular,” Kuramochi commented, “Is she your girlfriend now?”
“She is not! I barely know her!” Sawamura defended.
“You were talking for hours, though. No one could interrupt you,” Miyuki chimmed in, “She seemed very interested in you.”
“She was an interesting person to talk to!” Sawamura huffed.
“Stop teasing Sawamura and come help with the tidying up,” Chris appeared behind the two second-years.
“Sure,” Miyuki turned and began helping tidy the tables away.
“How was your first day as a host, Sawamura?” Chris asked once Kuramochi had slumped off too.
“It was fun!” Sawamura replied enthusiastically.
“Will we see you again tomorrow?” Chris smiled at his enthusiasm.
“Definitely!” Sawamura grinned.
