Bonus Round Encore: Free For All

Can’t get enough SportsFest? Sad the event is ending? Taking a page from SASO tradition, we’re holding one last encore round: a no points, no holds-barred prompt and fill fest to end the event!

This bonus round will officially close on September 28th, 2018, 11:59PM (23:59) PT, but it will be perpetually open to new fills.

Rules

There is NO FORMAT for Prompts this round. Anything goes (as long as it follows our participant guidelines).

ALL NSFW content must still go into the Afterhours Comm.

There are no points this round, so feel free to fill whatever prompts you’d like. You can even fill your teammates prompts.

Again - there are NO POINTS in this round. It’s just for fun!

This round will be perpetually open, BUT it will only be moderated through September 28th, 2018. Since this round will not be scored, the ONLY way to bring concerns to the mod team will be through the Bonus Round Concern Form.

General Rule Reminders

Even though this round is not for points, you are still required to include all applicable major tag warnings and abide by prompters “Do Not Want” sections. If your prompt or fill that does not meet these requirements, we will ask you to remove it.

In addition, all prompts must come from a nominated fandom.

Please be sure to fill out all lines of the header (even with “None” or “N/A,” so participants can know that a line wasn't omitted by mistake.)

NSFW Prompts

EXPLICITLY NSFW PROMPTS must be posted to the after-hours comm. “Explicitly NSFW” means that the prompt includes outright sexual content (whether in a photograph, drawing, or in words), and prompts that in the additional requests are asking for explicit fills. Prompts are posted with the same HTML format, in the same manner as a SFW prompt, just under the designated post for that Bonus Round in the after-hours comm. Required Work Minimums:

400 words (prose)
400px by 400px (art)
- Traditional art is also allowed with a good quality photo/scan
14 lines (poetry)
Playlists - 5 song minimum with artists. Link to either a video playlist, or each song separately. Be sure to warn for content in the music videos, and you may find linking to lyrics helpful. You may also write an explanation of why you chose each song.
Moodboards - 9 photo min, source all photos, and no fanart allowed (unless it's your own)

There is no max work cap.

NSFW Fills

All NSFW fills must be posted in the corresponding Bonus Round post in the After Hours community. If filling a prompt that has been posted on the after-hours comm, simply reply to that prompt. If filling a SFW prompt, let the prompter know by replying to the original prompt on the main comm with a link to your fill on the corresponding after-hours Bonus Round Post. Please do not use the Fill subject line or Fill header when cross-linking. This will cause the BR database to list your fill twice.

A Tip: We all want SportsFest to be a fun and safe environment.
