We’re excited to announce the winner of the Sportsfest 2018 postcard contest! The postcard sign-up form will be open until August 25th, 2018 at 11:59PM (23:59) PT.

Want a postcard? Please fill out our google form below! Postcards measure 5” x 7” and will be sent in envelopes to try to keep them in the best shape possible.

The google form will ask for your name and mailing address. This information will be kept on a separate google drive from the main mod google drive account. Names and addresses will only be viewable by the head and vice head mods when they meet to mail postcards, and all personal information will be permanently deleted once the postcard mailing is complete.

If you’d like a postcard, you can submit your information on this GOOGLE FORM. Only one postcard per person, please.

Postcards are completely free and we’ll ship them anywhere in the world!

That said, if you would like to help the mods pay for the postcards, we have set up a kofi page to collect donations. These donations will help us cover the cost of printing, postage, envelopes, and other shipping materials. Any donations would be greatly appreciated, but are entirely optional!! Please do not feel any pressure to donate.

The mods can provide a breakdown of our postcard budget upon request.
