SportsFest 2018 Postcards

The entries are here for the Sportsfest 2018 Postcard Contest! All participants may vote on the design they like the best. The winning design will be sent out to all interested participants free of charge!

Sign-ups are also open for those who are interested in receiving the winning postcard!

NOTE: Before final printing, if chosen, the bleed of this postcard will be changed so it goes all the way to the edge (instead of having a white border).

Voting

Voting will be open for two weeks from July 28th to August 11th at 11:59 PM (23:59) PT.

You can vote on your favorite entry using the Postcard Voting Google Form. You may only vote once! Voting is entirely voluntary, and no points will be awarded for voting. You may vote for any entry regardless of your SportsFest team designation.

Postcard Sign-up

Want a postcard? Please fill out our google form below! Postcards measure 5” x 7” and will be sent in envelopes to try to keep them in the best shape possible.

The google form will ask for your name and mailing address. This information will be kept on a separate google drive from the main mod google drive account. Names and addresses will only be viewable by the head and vice head mods when they meet to mail postcards, and all personal information will be permanently deleted once the postcard mailing is complete.

We’ll update this post once a winner has been chosen, but if you want a postcard regardless, you can submit your information on this GOOGLE FORM. Only one postcard per person, please.

Postcards are completely free and we’ll ship them anywhere in the world!

That said, if you would like to help the mods pay for the postcards, we have set up a kofi page to collect donations. These donations will help us cover the cost of printing, postage, envelopes, and other shipping materials. Any donations would be greatly appreciated, but are entirely optional!! Please do not feel any pressure to donate.  

The mods can provide a breakdown of our postcard budget upon request.
